My classes have moved online! Our regular weekly classes will now be held on Zoom – an easy-to-use video meeting platform which requires downloading to either your phone or computer.
You can book these classes via my usual online booking site. Your booking confirmation email will contain a link that you click to take you to the class on Zoom and a meeting code and password to access the class.

I will continue to upload free YouTube videos as often as possible and there will be a free Facebook live class every Saturday morning too 💛
